What are the advantages of a box spring?
In addition to the large spatial effect of a Boxspring, they also have other important aspects for a sleeping system: ergonomics, pressure relief, ventilation and they provide a wonderful feeling of comfort. If you want to use our award-winning mattresses, we can offer you a wonderful sleeping experience for a great price.
Doesn't the bed feel too bouncy because of the springs?
Our box springs use tested mattresses, which are made with pressure-relieving materials on the surface. These influence the movement transfer and ensure that your box spring does not feel like a trampoline. With an extra topper you reduce the springs even more, so that you can sleep peacefully
How firm is a box spring and can the firmness be adjusted?
Box springs are a bit firmer than traditional sleeping systems due to their construction. They offer stabilizing sleeping comfort but you cannot adjust their firmness. We offer one topper per box spring bed, but by choosing other toppers or removing the topper completely, you can change and adjust the firmness of your box spring.
Which mattress and topper are supplied with the box spring?
Each box spring ordered includes a headboard, the lower boxes, the upper mattresses and the legs. The topper is available separately, so you can adjust the firmness.
Depending on which bed you order, the mattress will also differ. The Emma One box spring has the 18 cm thick Emma One Hybrid mattress. The Emma Original box spring has the Emma Original Hybrid mattress, which falls under the premium range.
Can I order a box spring without a mattress?
During development, our underboxes and mattresses are matched to each other to create the most optimal sleeping experience possible. That is why the products are not available separately.
Can I get 2 separate mattresses with a box spring?
Is it possible to exchange the parts of the box spring?
How is the box spring delivered?
In general, the bed comes in 6 or 7 boxes. The main parts are the headboard, legs, 2 base boxes, mattress (and topper if ordered), screws and covers.
Delivery is via the usual transport route or via the transport company that also assembles the bed.
